Shipping and returns
You have 7 days for return with Prior Authorization. The authorization can be obtained by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If purchased through www.shoptrinacria.com, If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your authorization. The refund will occur once we've received and processed the returned item.
If items ordered are are processed and bound for shipment are cancelled you will incur a 25% Re-stocking fee on certain items.. Why? Because we had to buy your items which has now been cut up, broken case ordered or customized to make your gift - we can't return it, nor can we make something else out of it for someone else.
If an item was bought via our branded sites those companies have their own return policy that we and you must adhere to.

If an item was purchased via www.shoptrinacria.com the following returns rules apply:
We want to to be 100% happy with the order you placed with us. You may return any unopened, unused items and it must be in the same original condition and it's packaging for resale. If not a 25% restocking fee will be incurred.
NO returns on Personalized items, Edible Items, and Sale Items. You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, You will incur return shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee will be assesed on all orders.
The authorization can be accssed by e-mailing our sales team at email@example.com You must have authorization and approval from our sales team prior to sending it back to us. Any items sent to us without prior approval will NOT be honored. There are no partial item returns, if any item has been discontinued we cannot accept return.
We try to pack our items very carefully however damage may occur from the shipper which is out of our care, custody or control. If such damge should occur we cannot process any return or replacement unless we see the damge first hand. We ask that you take a CLEAR and Bright photo of the damage which you can e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our sales team will review the photos of the damage and asses what can or cannot be done to assist you.
If these items were damaged due to shipping and were needed for a specific date we CANNOT incur the charges for Rush delivery nor do we take any responsability if shipper is delayed.
We expect that items returned are to be sent back packaged securely to us if we see damage other than the one reported due to failure of securing items back we cannot accept the return for those specific items. Only clearly noted items will be accepted for return.
We also re-review all amounts packaged in the box for shipment if we are short an item this MUST be reported within 5 days to allow shipping.
We strongly request that you carefully review all personalization at least twice before submitting your orders. Personalized items cannot be returned for misspelling since we take your order and directly process as is. If an item was requested for order and information was verified for processing with personalization such as Engraved Glasses, Cake toppers, Napkins, Ribbons, Trinkets or any engravable items and was already engraved or personalized and you have a "change of heart" this item is also NOT refundable.
Accessory Items- If items were ordered to process any such gifts like prepared baskets, Favors, Gift bags Favor Boxes which require us to order specific colored accessories such as Tulle, Plastic, Ribbons, Confetti, Candy, Small mints, Chocolates, Jordan almond confetti, sweets which include other candies, and the order is cancelled you will incur a 25% Re-stocking fee.. Why? Because we had to buy your items which has now been cut up or customized to make your gift - we can't return it, nor can we make something else out of it for someone else.
You should expect to receive your refund from www.shoptrinacria within 5-7 business days after we have received all items back. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
www.shoptrinacria does NOT ship internationally our branded companies have their own shipping restrictions please see the terms before placing your orders.
Most items are shipped within 7-10 business days unless backordered or change of order takes places via customer therefore shipping will be delayed and restocking and or other charges may be incurred.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen by manufacturer, shipping date are estimated till email notice by ShopTrinacria or branded companies notify you with tracking info.
Since we are an e-tailer some items are dropshipped and not kept in house so therefore some items come directly from the manuafacturer themselves.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use and the who the manufacturer uses, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that there may be variations in color, size and weight since you are purchasing this item online. You must understand that the color will vary dependant on your computer. We cannot be responsible for color variations. Size & weight is displayed for you in our descriptions so please take notice be fore you order. Any edible item such as candies, chocolates etc are packed securely by us we will not be held resposible should shippers cargo melts or cracks candies. We will process replacements as referenced above.
